​Cancelation Policy

Once booked, you can change or cancel a Life Coaching or Meditation Session without penalty, so long as the request is made at least 1 business day before the session.

There is a $25 fee for same day cancelations.

Return Policy
How long before my order is shipped?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Shipping is USPS from Moreno, CA and takes between 1-4 days depending on your proximity to that location.

Do you offer Refunds?
No, all sales are final. Please be sure to verify your order, as well as the address before submitting. If there is an issue you must contact us immediately, however we cannot revise orders after they have been shipped.
Do you offer exchanges?
There are no exchanges on opened or used items. Unopened items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. For items that arrive damaged, we will assist you in working with the mail carrier to compensate you for the loss and replace the order. Reports of damage must be emailed within 48 hours of delivery. Please take picture of the product with its packaging and email us at: Koachkelli@renewedexperience.com For any exchange request, please include you name, order number, item damaged/defective, and images of item(s).
What if my order is not delivered?

If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address, “Return to Sender”, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Please confirm the address you use is complete and correct before finalizing your order.

Renewed Experience is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. We will assist you in working with the mail carrier to compensate you for the loss to replace the order.

We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages following successful delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number when your shipment is sent out, and it is your responsibility to ensure safe delivery at your address.

Retreat Ticketing / Reservation Terms
Can I pay with a payment plan?
Yes! Our ticket booking system offers 2 payment plan choices- Affinity and PayPal. Using these services you can set up automated payments. If you are not eligible to use either of these payment services, you may reach out to Koachkelli@renewedexperience.com regarding a custom payment schedule through direct payments. Keep in mind, for any payment plan the total balance must be paid in full 5 days prior to the retreat.

Cancelation Policy
As retreat rooms at the beachfront residence are highly limited, there are no refunds on tickets/room reservations at the Rest Renew Restore Retreat.

Upgrading or swapping rooms to accommodate additional guests may be possible, pending availability. Contact Koachkelli@renewedexperience.com immediately with any room change requests.

Force Majeure
In the event of an extraordinary, unforeseeable circumstance beyond any reasonable ability to mitigate, that delays or does not allow the safe or effective execution of the retreat, Renewed Experience will notify ticket holders immediately. If the performance of the Retreat cannot be continued due to force majeure, the Parties may be exempted from liabilities in whole or in part according to the impact of the force majeure. If Renewed Experience cannot perform the retreat due to force majeure, it shall immediately notify the other party, and try its best to minimize the possible losses as sustained by the other party, and shall timely provide a proof to the other party.
