What to expect:
Come be inspired, motivated and supported as you engage in transformational self care activities, conversations and workshops with our in-house life coach, powerhouse influencer, spiritual mentor and wellness therapist. You will leave with the tools to continue making your self care a priority and feeling rested, restored and renewed.
Our self care activities will enhance your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing as you participate in bible meditation, breath work & stretch exercises, journaling, music to heal and glowing skin care routine.
Through our transformational workshop you will learn:
How to create you own self care plan & strategies such as:
Setting and reinforcing boundaries around your self care; identify energy zappers; healing & letting go of things that no longer serve your highest purpose, learning to say no without feeling guilty.
