About the event
The Rest, Restore and Renew Retreat is a three-day all-inclusive retreat designed to address the whole woman: body, soul, and spirit. Over the three days, you will experience practices such as bible meditation, breath work, full-body stretches, and workshops to alleviate stress, anxiety, and burnout and press the reset button on your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Our faith-based workshops include interactive activities and discussions that will challenge you to reflect deeply on your values, beliefs, and goals to help you identify and overcome negative thoughts and habits that are sabotaging your well-being.
Our dynamic group discussions foster collaboration and connections with other like minded women in a safe and nurturing environment that is non-judgmental and shame free.
