About the event

The Rest, Restore and Renew Retreat is a three-day all-inclusive retreat designed to address the whole woman: body, soul, and spirit. Over the three days, you will experience practices such as bible meditation, breath work, full-body stretches, and workshops to alleviate stress, anxiety, and burnout and press the reset button on your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.


Our faith-based workshops include interactive activities and discussions that will challenge you to reflect deeply on your values, beliefs, and goals to help you identify and overcome negative thoughts and habits that are sabotaging your well-being.  


Our dynamic group discussions foster collaboration and connections with other like minded women in a safe and nurturing environment that is non-judgmental and shame free. Through biblical principles and empowering beliefs, you will experience the transformational healing needed to feel and leave rested, restored, and renewed.

  • Payment in Full

    This option ensures a smooth registration process and guarantees you and your guest a private room in our retreat experience. If you prefer to share the cost with your roommate, I can issue a separate invoices for you and your guest. This way, each party handles their payment individually while still enjoying all the benefits of the retreat.   • Registration: Payment Plan

    This registration fee will secure your room with scheduled payments agreed upon between retreat organizer and you ( the guest). Once Registration payment is received, the organizer will contact you to arrange a pay plan to fit your budget. If you prefer to share the cost with your roommate, I can issue a separate invoices for you and your guest.
